  1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

  1. ORDER AND DISPATCH

You can order any of our products through our website. After receiving your order you will receive an email from us acknowledging that Sunco Cashew Company has received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your Order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance of payment by our Payment Gateway Partner. Once our Payment gateway Partner will confirm such acceptance of payment by sending us an email than we will dispatch your order (the Dispatch Confirmation).After receiving orders it may take 1-2 weeks to deliver orders. We have the right to cancel any order and refund your payment anytime before dispatch due to non-availability of product or otherwise.

  1. CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT

In a credit card/Debit Card transaction, you must use your own credit/Debit cards. We will not be liable for any credit/debit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user.

All prices listed on our website are subject to change, but the changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us. The prices on our website are inclusive of all taxes. Shipping costs, as applicable, are added during checkout. The prices of our products have been computed carefully and listed on our website. However, due to unintentional errors, if the product purchased by you has been incorrectly priced, we will notify you via email or phone before accepting your order for instructions. You will then have the option to cancel your order if you desire or pay the difference. All payments should made by the user before dispatch. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Netbanking, Wallets, UPI etc.

These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.   1. . DISPATCHING/DELIVERY

We try to ship all retail orders received before 11 p.m. IST by the next working day. However, under exceptional circumstances it can take up to 1-2 working days for order processing.We aim to dispatch the products within 1 day of payment clearance and to have all orders delivered to customers residing in India within 4-7 working days depending on your choice of shipment. In case a product is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon its back in stock.Delivery information and charges are available duringcheckout time.

  1. SHELF LIFE & STORAGE CONDITIONS

The tea we sell has a shelf life of 12 to 18 months. Such long shelf life is possible due to our high quality packaging material. To fully enjoy the long life of tea, please consider the storage conditions. It should be stored in a cool and dry place.

    We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
